
Eric founded Alpha Principle for his family office in 2020. The firm opened to outside investors in 2022. He created Alpha Principle with the vision of producing outperformance for investors while also having a positive impact on the world… Doing Well while Doing Good… Better Investing. Greater Purpose.
Prior to Alpha Principle, Eric served as Chairman of the Investment Committee for Advice Period, an advisory firm with over $4 billion under management. Prior to Advice Period, Eric was President and Chief Investment Officer of The Milestone Group, a company he founded in 1996. Under his leadership, Milestone grew from an upstart to a well-known firm with over $2 billion under management. During his 30+ year career, Eric has advised hundreds of high-net-worth individuals, including several Fortune 500 CEOs.
Eric holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business. He is a member of YPO (the Young Presidents’ Organization) and contributes to many charities, including ACE, Colorado UpLift, and Economic Literacy Colorado. Eric and his family live in Denver where they enjoy skiing, golf, pickle ball, and tennis.
